Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Luggage storage is available through our Bell Team before arrival and after departure.

Early check-in is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Let us know your expected arrival time, and we’ll do everything we can to have your room ready when you arrive. If it’s not quite ready, our Bell Services team will happily store your luggage so you can settle in and start enjoying the Hollywood Roosevelt—or head out to explore the neighborhood. Late check-out is also based on availability and may be arranged for an additional fee. Simply contact the Front Desk during your stay to check availability.

Our Bell Services team is happy to store luggage for registered guests before check-in and after check-out.

Guests must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation at check-in. All hotel guests must be registered with the Front Desk.

A valid credit card is required at check-in. An authorization will be placed on the card at the time of check-in to cover room, tax and estimated incidental charges. Any unused portion of the authorization will be released following departure. The timing for released funds to become available is determined by your financial institution.

A daily Destination Fee of $37, inclusive of tax, includes enhanced high-speed Wi-Fi, two bottled waters daily, morning coffee service, complimentary local and domestic calls, and exclusive discounts to select local attractions and experiences.

The Hollywood Roosevelt accepts all major credit cards as well as cash for eligible hotel purchases. A valid credit card is required at check-in for the room, tax and incidental authorization.

If someone other than the registered guest will be paying for the reservation, advance payment authorization will be required. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival for assistance.

The Hollywood Roosevelt is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms and all indoor public areas. A minimum cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for violations. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

The Hollywood Roosevelt welcomes up to two dogs weighing 60 pounds or less. A $50 pet fee per stay applies. Dogs may remain unattended in guest rooms with a Do Not Disturb sign displayed, though housekeeping cannot enter while a pet is alone. Dogs are not permitted at the Tropicana Pool, and cats are not permitted.

Cancellation and deposit requirements vary by rate or offer. Please refer to the terms and conditions provided with your reservation confirmation for the policy applicable to your booking.

Reservations made through a third-party travel provider are subject to that provider's terms and conditions. Changes or cancellations must be requested directly through the company with which the reservation was originally booked.

All guest rooms include a minibar with a mini refrigerator stocked with a selection of beverages and refreshments. Microwaves and coffee makers are not available in guest rooms. Complimentary morning coffee is available daily for registered hotel guests in the Tropicana Garden.

Private balconies are available exclusively with our Cabana Balcony King rooms. If a balcony is important for your stay, please be sure to reserve the Cabana Balcony King room type. Historic Tower rooms and other Cabana room categories do not feature private balconies.

Amenities include the Tropicana Pool, fitness center, spa services, yoga classes, complimentary EV charging, daily housekeeping, and dry cleaning. The pool may occasionally close for private events or film productions.

Choose from a range of guestrooms, suites, poolside cabanas, and signature residences, including the Gable & Lombard Penthouse and Johnny Grant Apartment.

Tower accommodations are located within the hotel's historic tower and blend the property's iconic Hollywood character with contemporary design. Cabana accommodations are located around the Tropicana Pool area, offering a distinctly California experience and closer proximity to the hotel's pool and outdoor spaces.

The Hollywood Roosevelt offers a variety of accommodations, including select rooms with two double beds. Rollaway beds are available for $30 per night, subject to availability, and can only be accommodated in Tower Suites and One Bedroom Suites. Complimentary cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability. We recommend requesting one prior to arrival.

Connecting rooms are limited and subject to availability. Requests may be noted on your reservation but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by the hotel. Accessible accommodations and accessible features are available throughout the property. If you would like assistance selecting the room that best meets your needs, please contact our Reservations team. If you prefer a quieter room location, we’re happy to note your request and will make every effort to accommodate it based on availability. As an active Hollywood hotel with restaurants, nightlife, private events, and pool programming, activity levels may vary throughout the property.

The Tropicana Pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is heated year-round. Registered hotel guests enjoy complimentary access during operating hours, subject to hotel policies, special events, and private functions. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

Pool loungers are complimentary and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Select premium seating experiences may be available through ResortPass, with pricing and availability varying by date. Non-hotel guests may also access the pool through ResortPass when available.

Outside alcohol, food, glassware, and personal pool floats are not permitted. Food and beverages are available for purchase from Tropicana Café and Bar. Pets are not permitted within the pool area, though service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.

Throughout the year, the Tropicana Pool hosts private events, screenings, parties, and special programming that may affect pool hours, access, or atmosphere. Cabana Rooms are located directly around the pool and offer an immersive stay close to the hotel’s iconic social scene. Music and pool activity may occasionally be audible. Guests seeking a quieter stay are encouraged to contact Reservations for assistance selecting the best room location.

Valet parking is available for overnight guests at $75 per night, inclusive of tax. Restaurant guests receive validated parking for $20 for the first three hours. Event parking is $25.

Located on Hollywood Boulevard, The Hollywood Roosevelt places guests steps from the TCL Chinese Theatre, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre, and some of Los Angeles' most iconic landmarks.

Our concierge team is happy to assist with transportation arrangements to and from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR).

EV charging is available through valet service. Simply let the valet team know if you would like your vehicle charged.

The TCL Chinese Theatre is directly across the street, while the Dolby Theatre, Ovation Hollywood, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all within a short walk. Our Concierge is always happy to recommend nearby attractions and experiences.

The Hollywood Roosevelt offers several dining and nightlife destinations, including Gable, The Lobby, Tropicana Café, Tropicana Bar, The Spare Room, and The Library Bar. Hours vary by venue.

Breakfast is available daily at Tropicana Café and may also be offered through In-Room Dining. Complimentary morning coffee is served in the Tropicana Garden for registered hotel guests. Guest rooms do not include coffee makers.
