About The Hollywood Roosevelt

Opened in 1927, The Hollywood Roosevelt is one of the most historically and culturally significant hotels in Los Angeles. Located at 7000 Hollywood Boulevard, directly across from the TCL Chinese Theatre and on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the hotel has served as a home for artists, filmmakers, musicians, and travelers for nearly a century.

The Roosevelt hosted the first Academy Awards in its Blossom Ballroom in 1929. Marilyn Monroe lived here. David Hockney painted the bottom of its pool. Today, it operates as an independent, full-service luxury hotel with over 300 rooms, multiple restaurants and bars, a historic cabaret theater, and the iconic Tropicana Pool.
